WHO WE ARE
Building power for Washington's charter public school community
WA Charters Action mobilizes Washington’s public charter school community to turn advocacy into action. In partnership with families, educators, and charter champions, we elevate the voices of those across the state whose lives have been transformed by their charter schools.
The charter advocacy ecosystem
Lasting change for Washington’s charter public school students requires advocacy at every level. WA Charters Action is part of a coordinated ecosystem of organizations — each playing a distinct role in the fight for excellent public school options in Washington.
WA Charters Action
We lobby directly, engage in the political process, and mobilize the community to pass policy that gives more public school options to Washington families
WA Charters Action PAC
Our affiliated political action committee. WA Charters Action PAC invests in pro-charter candidates – putting resources behind the leaders who’ll fight for our schools.
Washington State Charter Schools Association
Our 501(c)(3) sister organization is the educational and community hub supporting Washington’s public charter schools, the families they serve, and the educators who make it all possible.
